You are doing it wrong.

Keymaps in kmap directory are already ready to use on OpenWRT.

Do this on OpenWRT:

# loadkmap < es.kmap

you mean to apply the file "enable_wlan_on_fat.sh" in petitboot before starting the distribution?

I'm sorry I have not tried, reaching such a level with you, I expected to increase in both wifis petitboot, slim and fat.

I have managed to charge my distribution so if you are experiencing trouble, but I have to go jogging and oprciones compiling the "menuconfig", one by one, as no part of a configuration for FAT, since there is the SLIM you but so is more Dibert, I am eager to continue this project as esoty learning a lot from you, I've seen that regrouped patches (which were becoming too much and failed to be applied), it gives me time to try and much more with all the deference time, lol

glevand, has reason to review the entire compilation process, when you get the point.
chmod 755 target/linux/ps3/petitboot/base-files/etc/init.d/kexec
not to encounter, something that did not know if I did, but if you compile petitboot

Hey, I finally managed to compile my own petitboot!

It booted, but I am having some problems, most notably at the moment is keyboard does not work at all. Regardless of port, and multiple reboots. It works in GameOS. So, i'm wondering if i needed to somehow select US Keymaps? I followed the HOWTO and added the .kmap files but still no keyboard ability.

Any ideas?

*** UPDATE ***

Hold on, I noticed my de-latin1-nodeadkeys.kmap was somehow named de-latin1-nodeadkeys(2).kmap

Going to rename and recompile. I'll report back once it's done.

Hmm, maybe you have to enable the USB driver for your keyboard in kernel.
And check con sole script in target/linux/ps3/petitboot/base-files/etc/init.d. Which keymap does it load ?

Hmm yeah, even with that fixed it does not work. This usb keyboard works with your petitboots. Here is the info when plugged into a Linux Mint distro using dmesg:

[ 3775.466639] usb 1-3: USB disconnect, address 5
[ 4101.195060] usb 4-1: new low speed USB device using uhci_hcd and address 3
[ 4101.515106] input: USB MINI-Keyboard as /devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:1a.1/usb4/4-1/4-1:1.0/input/inpu t6
[ 4101.515225] generic-usb 0003:060B:5901.0005: input,hidraw4: USB HID v1.00 Keyboard [ USB MINI-Keyboard] on usb-0000:00:1a.1-1/input0

I'm not sure how to enable it in the kernel.
