He just needs a simple way of entering:
Names
Phone numbers
Working group names

And then he needs 3 separate groups/mailing lists.

One for anyone who wants to receive general news and daily agendas for our occupation.

One for anyone AT the occupation (more detailed information will be sent in this?).

One for just the working groups within the occupation.
